An introduction to computer support, information technology, and customer service. Upon successful completion of this course, students will understand how computers work, how to support and troubleshoot computers, what types of hardware make up a computer, and how to make computers more secure. Students will also understand IT fundamentals such as networking, information security, and cloud computing.
This course is one of two Computer Support courses designed to help students get A+ certified. Students who successfully certify become instantly qualified for many entry-level IT jobs.

There are two exams that must be passed to become A+ certified.
